Discussion:
Not all things are "good "when we are in the moment. Sometimes all we can see is ugly; broken relationships, sickness, illness, pain but there is an ultimate design in store. Our "purpose" is to love God and follow his commandments. If we have accepted Christ and truly love him He will work through tragedies for the ultimate outcome
that he designed for us. I'm reminded of a mosaic, first all of the perfect pottery and glass must be destroyed, broken and shattered what you are left with is a pile of rubbish but the artist has an ultimate design planned and puts the art together piece by piece to create a beautiful masterpiece. God is the Artist and he has beautiful works of art planned for our lives.

How many times in your past has God taken something broken and turned it into something beautiful? How many examples can you write down?

for good.
Meditation:
Accept that you are
powerless against the drug and the effects it has on your life, but God is not
powerless. All that you suffer now will be used for your greater purpose. God is greater than all
things!
